At BULGARIAN PROPERTY PILOT your privacy and the security of your information are my highest priorities. Because our consulting is conducted face-to-face via video call, I have established the following protocols to ensure our conversations remain confidential and secure.
Video Consultations: All meetings are held via Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, Viber , which uses industry-standard encryption to protect our conversation from unauthorized access.
No Unnecessary Recording: Sessions are never recorded without your explicit, written consent in advance.
To protect your identity and sensitive data, I follow a "Privacy-First" document policy:
Redaction Requirement: Before sharing any documents with me, you are required to redact (black out) all personal identifiers, including full names, dates of birth, home addresses, and private account numbers.
Limited Access: I only request documents that are strictly necessary for the advice I provide.
Secure Handling: Any documents shared during our session are used only for the duration of the consultation and are not stored permanently unless required for the service.
I only collect the information necessary to book your session and process your payment.
I do not sell or share your contact information with third-party advertisers.
To ensure the highest level of security, I recommend that you:
Join our video call from a private, secure Wi-Fi network (avoid public Wi-Fi).
Ensure you are in a private space where our conversation cannot be overheard.
