For over two decades, I have been at the heart of the Bulgarian real estate industry. I began my career with Address Ltd, where I specialized in the fast-paced markets of the Northern Black Sea Coast. Having navigated the market’s highest peaks and its most challenging shifts, I have gained a "bird’s-eye view" of what makes a property a secure investment versus a costly mistake.
